Hotel Degli Orafi - Florence

New-fashioned & spotless room, with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Pleasant, exceptional people working here. Cereal, pastries, fruit, and eggs in the morning.

The location adjacent to a theatre and a palace was perfect.

The terrace is amazing for pre-dinner drinks,, you can really soak in the views. The breakfast spread was just excellent,, with fruits, pastries, and cheeses, made each morning special.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but worth every penny.

Overall the hotel is excellent. The location is 7 minutes away from the station(by car especially if you have luggage). It's located just at the river, and very close to shopping areas, major squares, and most important the river. The hotel staff were very helpfull, and friendly. I was upgraded to a suite apartment due to unavailabilty of the classic room, which was an extra. Yet the entrance from the hotel to the suite apartments is a bit confusing at the beginning. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was average.

The Hotel is extremelly well located and can be easily reached by car or taxi from the Train station of Florence. The Staff is extremelly friendly and professional. Also, the cleaness of the excellent and spacious rooms, the morning breakfest (the best I have ever seen in a four stars Hotel!), the view of the arno from the breakfast room, the view of the Duomo, palacio Vecchio and Giotto Campanary from the coffe room on the 5th floor are breathtaking. All this for a very, very reasonable value. It went far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel as a stay for your familly, romance, business, shopping or city trip. It is a wonderfull hotel!!!

I had an amazing time at this lovely hotel! The breakfast was a good feast of fresh pastries and smoked salmon, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views. My room was surprisingly spacious and had charming decor.. I'd love to return!

Great location and a lovely room overlooking the Ponte Vecchio. Staff were very friendly. A lovely dining room with a good breakfast to start the day. Wonderful view from the bar. Strongly recommend this hotel. Could not find one fault.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and a perfect location. Lovely welcoming touches such as a complementary drink on the hotel terrace overlooking Florence. Large rooms for Europe and a big, modern bathroom.

I liked everything and would stay there again without hesitation

The location was ideal, just a minute from the river. Breakfast had a great selection in a charming dining room. The rooftop bar offered amazing views. The staff were great. My room was spacious and well-appointed 🌅

The staff was polite but communication was poor, very poor...dinner suggestion was touristy and extremely expensive, even tho we asked for a trattoria,...we felt "taken" and the elevator was supremely slow...other than that ok...

The hotel degli Orafi was so lovely....the concierge service was excellent, they went out of their way to assist us...the breakfast was the best we had during our travels and the rooms were very comfortable. My children loved the T-shirt left on their pillow the first night and the weather updates every day. Having a drink in the upstairs cafe/bar of an early evening is the perfect way to end the day and what a view. We will certainly be back.
